BBL Photorejuvenation in Dublin. Clear the Redness. Fade the Spots. Get Your Glow Back.
BBL photorejuvenation at our Dublin skin clinics uses precise broadband light to clear sun damage, age spots, redness and broken capillaries — revealing brighter, more even skin with minimal downtime.

Your skin remembers every summer.
Sun spots that arrived one season and never left. Redness that flares at the worst moments. A tone that looks tired even when you're not. These aren't flaws — they're pigment and broken vessels sitting in your skin, and they respond remarkably well to light.
The real strength of broadband light is clearing red and brown from the skin — gently, precisely, and without surgery or needles.
Broadband light that works beneath the surface
BBL (broadband light) delivers pulses of intense light energy into the superficial layers of the skin. The light is absorbed by excess pigment and visible vessels — breaking them down so your body can clear them naturally — while stimulating fresh collagen production for smoother, firmer-feeling skin.
At Everyderm we treat with the Sciton® BBL HERO™ (High Energy Rapid Output) using programmes such as Forever Young and Forever Clear, with settings tailored to your skin after a careful analysis. An advanced cooling plate and cooling gel keep you comfortable throughout. Often compared to IPL, BBL HERO™ is the next generation of intense pulsed light — faster, more powerful and more precise than traditional IPL photofacials.

One light. Many concerns.

Frequently asked questions
Is BBL painful?
Most people don't find BBL painful. You may feel a warm, pulsing sensation. The device's advanced cooling plate and a cooling gel protect your skin and keep you comfortable — numbing cream isn't needed for BBL alone.
Is there any downtime?
There may be mild redness for a few hours, but downtime is minimal to none. You can drive yourself home and resume daily activities the same day — just avoid intense workouts, saunas, alcohol and direct sunlight at first, and apply sunscreen liberally.
How many treatments will I need?
Most people benefit from a short series of treatments spaced a few weeks apart, depending on the severity of their skin concerns. After that, 2–4 treatments a year maintain the results.
Am I a candidate for BBL?
BBL works best for fair to medium skin tones. It can be used in some darker skin types but not in black skin. We perform a detailed skin analysis before any treatment — and if BBL isn't appropriate for you, we'll recommend an alternative that is.
How should I prepare?
Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 4–6 weeks before treatment. Stop skincare containing glycolic acid, salicylic acid or retinoids, and pause waxing and chemical peels, for one week before your appointment.
How much does BBL cost?
Standalone BBL treatment in Dublin starts from €350 per session, and full face & neck BBL is €550. BBL is also included in the Everyderm Platinum and Diamond membership plans.
